Salary: £14 – £16 per hour, depending on skill and experience
Hours: Monday to Friday day shift, 39 hours per week – no nights or weekends
Location: Oldham

A well-established Oldham manufacturer is looking for a semi-skilled or skilled MIG Welder to join its production team, with an immediate start available. This is a day-shift, temp-to-perm role with a busy, long-standing business – a great chance to get settled somewhere secure with a genuine route to a permanent job.

The Role

• MIG welding lightweight box frames and steel fabrications
• Dressing welds to a clean, tidy, presentable finish
• Working as part of a friendly production team
• Day shift, Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week – no nights or weekends

What You’ll Need

• MIG welding experience – semi-skilled or fully skilled both considered
• The ability to produce consistent welds and dress them to a good standard
• Good attention to detail and a reliable, positive approach
• Any fabrication or sheet-metal background is a bonus, but not essential
