Opportunity to Work on a Brand-New Correa Fox 50 5-Axis Machine

A leading precision engineering manufacturer is looking to recruit an experienced 5 Axis CNC Miller to join its growing team in Denton.

Supplying complex machined components into highly regulated sectors including Aerospace, Defence and Nuclear, the business continues to invest heavily in advanced manufacturing technology and has recently added a new Correa Fox 50 5-Axis machining centre to its facility.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC Machinist looking to work on technically challenging components in a modern, high-specification manufacturing environment.

The Role

• Setting and operating a Correa Fox 50 5-Axis machining centre
• Machining complex precision-engineered components
• Working from engineering drawings, job packs and 3D models
• Editing and proving out programmes where required
• Producing components to tight tolerances and exacting quality standards
• Carrying out first-off and in-process inspection activities
• Working closely with production and engineering teams to achieve delivery targets

What We’re Looking For

• You must have the legal right to work in the UK
• Time-served CNC Miller
• Previous experience operating 5-Axis CNC machining centres
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and geometric tolerances
• Experience machining complex, high-value components
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience with Heidenhain controls would be advantageous
• Experience with Correa, Doosan or similar machining centres beneficial
